Seared Ahi with native radish and hot pepper slaw
1st course
Autumn salad of hearty greens, roasted root vegetables and blood orange vinaigrette
2nd course
Maple glazed Bomster deep sea Scallops with Parsnip mousseline Crispy leeks and spiced carrot syrup
3rd course
Octagon’s center cut filet of beef, crusted with Cato corner farms hooligan cheese buttered turnip au gratin and herb roasted Delicata squash
4th course
Caramelized apple cheese cake “Martini” with heirloom apples and toasted cinnamon cream
Also featuring wine pairing by Jonathan Edwards Winery
$95 per person, tax and gratuity not included
Part of the proceeds will be donated to the CT Farmland Trust
