Listen to your heart and join us on
Saturday, February 13th for an inspired yoga practice with
all proceeds to benefit the disaster relief in Haiti.
Lori Miller will lead this 90 minute fund raising event and will focus
on a breath inspired meditative flow accompanied by music.
Saturday, February 13th at 1pm
Groton Municipal Building • Please arrive 15 minutes early.
This class is open to all levels of students, including beginners.
A yoga mat and generous donation to the American Red Cross is all that is needed.
Participation is not necessary. All donations will be warmly accepted.
Please come and offer your energy and support for people in need.
