Mystic Art in the Evening

Participants can enjoy a wide array of artwork and gallery environments free of charge. Blue and white balloons adorn the doors of participating galleries, and printed maps are available. Local restaurants including Pizzetta and the Daniel Packer Inne are also involved in the stroll, which occurs the first Thursday of each month.

Mystic Arts Center: get a sneak peak at The Regional, the juried exhibition featuring top local artists. Running simultaneously in the MAC’s Liebig Gallery, the dramatic and large-scale paintings of award-winning Plainfield artist Sherrie Parenteau. Visit www.mysticarts.org. The Hollow Art and Antique Gallery: a joint opening featuring prints by Mera Beckwith, glass art by artists Catherine Gibson and Alison Ives, and oil paintings by Bernie McTigue. Champagne and chocolates will be served during the stroll. Open daily at 12 Water Street. 860-572-9704.
