The office of Congressman Joseph Courtney will be hosting a half-day seminar to explain several new, or changed, programs of the Small Business Administration (SBA) that provide financing assistance to the small business community. Small business owners, entrepreneurs and those in planning stages for opening a business are encouraged to attend this invaluable program.
