The Rock ‘n’ Soul Revue Last Up
For Concerts in the Park 2009
GROTON – “Concerts in the Park 2009” will feature the band, Rock ‘n’ Soul Revue, on Friday, August 21, at Washington Park in the City of Groton. The band is known for its Classic Motown Rock. This is the last of seven Concerts in the Park 2009. All concerts start at 6:30 p.m.
The concert series is co-sponsored and co-produced by Groton Utilities and the City of Groton Parks and Recreation Department.

The concerts are designed to be especially appealing to families for a fun, inexpensive night out. Spectators are encouraged to bring a picnic supper, since all the concerts will are held during the early evening hours. The City of Groton Little League also provides concession service. The concert site also has sufficient room on the basketball courts for dancing.
