Ms. DeLeo is a former Board Member of both the American Society for Training and Development and The RI Women’s Network. She is a former Vice President of RIWN and a CTM – Silver with Toastmasters International. As president of FutureThink, she combines her training and experience to help empower adults to reach greater levels of success both personally and professionally.
